How it works

Step 1:

It starts with a conversation so we can get to know each other. Tell us about your challenges and goals and we’ll share more about how we can help.

Step 2:

You’ll get a tailored proposal in your inbox, based on our conversation and our recommended plan of attack.

Step 3:

If you’re happy, sign the contract and we’re away. Want to amend something in the proposal? We’ll touch base again and nut out the details.

Step 4:

Onboarding begins. This is a heavy-lift month, while we get you up and running in the agency. Make sure you’re available to share log-ins, brand assets and anything else we need to get started.  

Step 5: 

-All marketing clients are on retainer (paid monthly). 
- You’ll have access to a live dashboard (check your data and stats anytime), plus regular check-ins with your dedicated team and detailed reporting if that’s in your monthly mix.
- Communication tool ClickUp lets us collaborate seamlessly (chat directly with your account manager, brief in upcoming projects using your unique client form, and access all campaigns – past, existing and future).

What are your monthly retainer fees?
